Bagot’s Castle is a 14th century castle in the village of Baginton, Warwickshire.

It now stands in ruins and the remains have been consolidated with the whole site opened up to expose other historic features.

You can visit the castle and explore the range of activities around the site;

  • Find out the history of Bagot’s Castle in the newly built education centre.
  • Enjoy a picnic on the lawn.
  • Take part in the children’s trail around the site.
  • Walk along the woodland paths that meander across the site and observe the local wildlife in its natural habitat.
  • Meet the 3 Bagot Goats that live on site.

Dogs on a lead are welcome. The grounds have some steep slopes and some areas are not suitable for wheelchairs, pushchairs or those with limited mobility.
