The National Herb Centre - The National Herb Centre is a lovely free family day out. There are lots of display gardens to walk through and a nature trail through fields into woodland. The Herbert Art Gallery & Museum, Coventry - This is a great free day out. You can have hands-on experiences, interactive touch-screens, story baskets with dressing up and trails. The Green Fairy Trail, Lichfield - Hiding amongst the trees is The Green Fairy Trail. It is home to the Green Fairies who make their homes from recycled materials. The trail takes about 20-30 minutes to complete so is perfect for littler legs.
