Yesterday was a special Birthday for one of our gang so we planned a special treat for him.

We headed to the wonderful Orangemabel in Alcester for Brunch. The quirky Tea Rooms are at the heart of Alcester, located on the High Street.  

While in lockdown the whole of their garden has been transformed with painted beach huts - five in total which each seat 6.

Each beach hut is brightly decorated and there are painted picnic benches.

The whole area is fun and bright and just what we need.

There is also another seating area that is covered so perfect for the changeable British weather!

As with anywhere at the moment, booking is advisable.

The menu is extensive. Between us we had a Full English Breakfast, American Style Pancakes and Toasted Tea Cakes with Coffees and Teas all of which was lovely.

They also serve an amazing array of cakes including Gluten Free cakes.

All of the food and drinks are served on vintage china.

We had such a lovely time. The beach huts are an added bonus.

It gets a massive thumbs up from us.
